摘要
目的:分析肺部体疗对先天性心脏病患儿术后肺部感染的预防效果。方法:回顾性分析我院2017年2月至2019年4月收治的144例进行手术干预的先天性心脏病患儿的临床资料。所有患儿按照护理方法分不同为对照组和观察组(n=72),其中对照组患者给予常规护理干预,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上进行肺部体疗干预。干预4 d后采用免疫色谱检测法测定血浆肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factors-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)与降钙素原(Procalcitonin,PCT)水平变化;同时,记录白细胞计数及C-反应蛋白(C-reactiveprotein,CRP)恢复正常时间、住院时间以及术后肺部感染的发生率。结果:干预4 d后,两组患儿血浆TNF-α、IL-6、PCT水平较护理前均明显降低,且以观察组更为显著(P<0.05)。观察组术后白细胞计数及CRP恢复正常时间、住院时间以及术后肺部感染发生率均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在先天性心脏病患儿术后护理干预中开展肺部体疗,能够有效控制肺部感染的发生风险,提高护理质量。
Objective:To analyze the preventive effect of pulmonary physical therapy on postoperative pulmonary infection in children with congenital heart disease.Methods:The clinical data of 144 children with congenital heart disease undergoing surgical intervention in our hospital from February 2017 to April 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were divided into control group and observation group(n=72)according to the nursing method.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,and the patients in the observation group were given lung body intervention on the basis of the routine nursing intervention.After 4 days of intervention,the levels of plasma TNF-α,IL-6 and PCT were evaluated by immunochromatographic detection.And the white blood cell count recovery time,CRP recovery time,hospital stay and the incidence of postoperative pulmonary infection were recorded.Results:Compared with pre-nursing intervention,the levels of serum TNF-α,IL-6,and PCT in both groups were significantly reduced,and the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).Moreover,the white blood cell count recovery time,CRP recovery time,hospital stay and the incidence of postoperative pulmonary infection in the observation group were significantly decreased,as compared to control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lung physical therapy can effectively control the risk of pulmonary infection and improve the quality of nursing.
