“探究式-小班化”教学模式在骨骼运动系统疾病本科教学中的教学效果调查 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究“探究式-小班化”教学模式在四川大学临床医学院骨骼运动系统疾病本科教学中的教学效果,分析该教学模式目前存在的优劣势。方法:采用调查问卷形式对我院该门课程的授课教师和上课学生进行调查。调查表共分为一般信息、12项满意度调查和教学效果反馈三部分。将数据收集成功后进行总结和统计学分析。结果:共24名老师和39名学生参与本次调查。调查结果显示,综合12项满意度指标,教师和学生的满意度为分别为(4.41±0.16)分和(3.74±0.15)分,两者相比差异有统计学意义(t=11.97,P<0.01)。按照100分值来打分,老师和学生对骨骼运动系统疾病这门课的“探究式-小班化”满意度分别为85.46分和78.31分。对于教学效果反馈,教师和学生均认为,授课教师需要更好的课前准备和教师需要更改平常上大课的授课方式,这两点是促进“小班制”授课方式更好发挥作用的方法。结论:“小班制”授课不仅能够提高学生的考试成绩,更重要的是提高医学生在医学专业的综合能力。该授课方式还存在改进空间,通过教学方式改进,使得该授课方式能够最大程度的发挥其作用。 Objective:To study the status quo of“inquiry-small class”teaching mode in undergraduate teaching of skeletal motor system disease in clinical medical college of Sichuan university.Methods:The teachers and students of this course were surveyed by questionnaire.The questionnaire was divided into three parts:general information,12 items satisfaction surveys and teaching effect feedback.Summary and statiscal analysis were performed after the data were successfully collected.Results:24 teachers and 39 students participated in the survey.According to the survey results,the satisfaction of teachers and students was(4.41±0.16)and(3.74±0.15),respectively,with a statistically significant difference(t=11.97,P<0.01).On a 100-point scale,the teachers and students satisfaction with"inquiry-small class"of skeletal motor system diseases was 85.46 and 78.31,respectively.As for the feedback of teaching effect,both teachers and students believed that the teacher needs better preparation before class and the teacher needs to change the teaching method of large classes,which are the ways to promote the teaching method of"inquiry-small class"to play a better role.Conclusion:"Small class"teaching can not only improve students test scores,but also improve the comprehensive ability of medical students.There is still room for improvement in the teaching method.By improving the teaching method,the teaching method can play its role to the greatest extent.
