摘要
本文以安钢1550热镀锌生产线中退火炉改造前后燃烧产物NOx排放指标数据为依据,系统分析了降低退火炉燃烧产物NOx排放指标的主要影响因素。通过对空燃比、风压、负压室压力等参数进行优化和实施烧嘴改造,镀锌机组退火炉燃烧产物NOx满足了超低排放指标。
Based on the index data of combustion products NOx emissions before and after the annealing furnace transformation in the 1550 hot-dip galvanizing production line of Angang Group,this paper systematically analyzed the main influencing factors for reducing the NOx emission index of combustion products in the annealing furnace.By optimizing the parameters such as air-fuel ratio,wind pressure,negative pressure chamber pressure and implement⁃ing burner transformation,the NOx combustion product of the annealing furnace of the galvanizing unit meets the ul⁃tra-low emission index.
