基于多目标优化的核心专利挖掘方法研究——以基因工程疫苗领域为例 被引量:2

摘要 专利是技术信息最有效的载体,挖掘核心专利可以为组织机构以及个体的创新实践活动提供更加高效的背景技术支撑,对把握某领域技术发展水平,推动技术进步具有重要意义。本文对当前核心专利识别的研究现状进行调研分析,并在前人研究的基础上提出基于多目标优化方法的核心专利挖掘模式,选取基因工程疫苗领域的专利数据进行了实证分析。本文筛选了9项专利指标作为对象并归类到专利技术价值、经济价值、法律价值三个目标下,基于此运用超体积函数进行测度,最终识别出200项核心专利,为全面了解该领域的技术发展现状以及当前的核心专利识别研究提供方法借鉴。 Patent is the most effective carier of tec hnical informat ion.Mining core patents may provide more efficient technical support for the organization and individual innovation and practice activities.What's more it is of great significance to grasp the level of technological development in a field,and to promote technological progress.This paper inestigates and analyzes the current rese arch status of core patent recognition,and puts forward the core patent mining model based on multioabjective optimiz ation,and selects the patent data in the field of genetic engineering vaccine a an example.Firstly,nine patent indicatos are seleted a the object;and then they are cassified as patented technology value,economic value,legal value under the three goals;finally,we use the model of super-volume function ultimately identify 200 core patents.It provides a way of reference for a comprehensive understanding of the field of technology development and the current core patent recognition research.
