在石油石化行业招投标领域中,价格评审方法的选用很大程度上决定了招标的结果走向。本文从两个案例入手,介绍了最低价法、基准价法和全生命周期成本法的设定原则、适用情形以及优缺点,阐述了物资采购招标在价格评审方法选用上的注意事项,分析了招标价格评审方法选用可能带来的经济效益或损失。

In the tendering and bidding activities in petroleum and petrochemical industry,the selection of price evaluation methods can determine the results in a large extent.Starting with two real cases,this paper offers the introduction of internal principles,applicable situations,advantages and disadvantages of the lowest-price method,the benchmark price method and the life-cycle cost method.At the same time,attentions in the selection of price evaluation methods for tendering in material procurement process are expounded and the possible economic benefits or losses resulting from the selection of bidding price evaluation methods are analyzed.
