救助性精神障碍与非救助性精神障碍患者临床表现及精神状况的对比

Comparison of clinical manifestations and mental status between patients with and without salvage mental disorders

目的:比较救助性精神障碍与非救助性精神障碍患者的临床表现及精神状况。方法:将2019年1月至5月期间北京市昌平区中西医结合医院收治的410例救助性精神障碍患者作为研究对象。将其中310例救助性精神障碍患者设为救助组,将其中100例非救助性精神障碍患者设为非救助组。比较两组患者的精神状况及临床表现。结果:与非救助组患者相比,救助组患者护士用住院病人观察量表(NOSIE)的精神症状评分、激惹评分、迟缓评分、抑郁评分均更高,P<0.05;其个人卫生评分、社会兴趣评分、社会能力评分均更低,P<0.05;其躯体疾病、行为症状、行为障碍、情感障碍、情感症状的发生率均更高,P<0.05。结论:与非救助性神障碍患者相比,救助性精神障碍患者的精神症状更严重,其社会功能、自理能力、对外界环境的兴趣更低。

objective:to compare the clinical manifestations and mental status of patients with and without salvage mental disorders.Methods:a total of 410 patients with life-saving mental disorders admitted to the hospital of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,changping district,Beijing from January to May 2019 were studied.Among them,310 patients with salvage mental disorder were assigned to the rescue group,and 100 patients with non-salvage mental disorder were assigned to the non-rescue group.The mental status and clinical manifestations of the two groups were compared.Results:compared with patients in the non-rescue group,the inpatient observation scale(NOSIE)used by nurses in the rescue group had higher scores of psychiatric symptoms,irritability,retardation and depression(P<0.05).The scores of personal hygiene,social interest and social ability were all lower(P<0.05).The incidence rates of physical diseases,behavioral symptoms,behavioral disorders,emotional disorders and emotional symptoms were all higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:compared with patients with non-salvage psychiatric disorder,patients with salvage psychiatric disorder have more severe psychiatric symptoms,lower social function,self-care ability and interest in the external environment.
