摘要
目的:观察用腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗急性阑尾炎的效果。方法:将苏州市吴中区甪直人民医院收治的急性阑尾炎患者220例作为研究对象。将其随机分为腔镜组和开腹组(110例/组)。为腔镜组患者和开腹组患者分别应用腹腔镜阑尾切除术、开腹阑尾切除术进行治疗。然后比较两组患者的手术效果。结果:腔镜组患者术中的出血量〔(46.50±6.29)ml〕、术后使用镇痛剂的次数〔(1.30±0.22)次〕均少于开腹组患者术中的出血量〔(88.29±7.20)ml〕、术后使用镇痛剂的次数〔(2.27±0.34)次〕,其术毕至恢复进食的时间〔(1.62±0.56)d〕、术毕至体温恢复正常的时间〔(49.98±11.28)h〕、住院的时间〔(4.92±1.16)d〕均短于开腹组患者术毕至恢复进食的时间〔(2.97±0.77)d〕、术毕至体温恢复正常的时间〔(73.40±12.08)h〕、住院的时间〔(7.20±1.70)d〕,其术后并发症的发生率(1.82%)低于开腹组患者术后并发症的发生率(8.18%),P<0.05。结论:用腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗急性阑尾炎的效果显著,具有患者术后恢复快、术后并发症的发生率低等优点。
objective:to observe the effect of laparoscopic appendectomy on acute appendicitis.Methods:220 patients with acute appendicitis admitted to luzhi people’s hospital in wuzhong district of suzhou city were studied.They were randomly divided into endoscopic group and laparotomy group(110 cases/group).Laparoscopic appendectomy and open appendectomy were performed in the endoscopic group and the open appendectomy group,respectively.The results were then compared between the two groups.Results:The amount of intraoperative blood loss((46.50±6.29)ml)and the number of postoperative analgesics(1.30±0.22)in the endoscopic group were all lower than those in the open group((88.29±7.20)ml)and the number of postoperative analgesics(2.27±0.34).Its never put off till tomorrow what you can to eat recovery time((1.62±0.56)d)and never put off till tomorrow what you can to body temperature returned to normal time((49.98±11.28)h),the length of time((4.92±1.16)d)were shorter than laparotomy group patients who never put off till tomorrow what you can to restore the eating time((2.97±0.77)d)and never put off till tomorrow what you can to body temperature re turned to normal time((73.40±12.08)h),the length of time(d),(7.20±1.70)the incidence of postoperative complications(1.82%)lower than laparotomy group of patients the incidence of postoperative complications(8.18%),(P<0.05).Conclusion:laparoscopic appendectomy is effective in the treatment of acute appendicitis.It has the advantages of rapid postoperative recovery and low incidence o f postoperative complications.
