学校竞技体育现状及发展对策研究

Research on the present situation and development countermeasures of School Competitive Sports

本文主要通过文献资料法、专家访谈法法等研究方法,对学校竞技体育现状及发展对策进行研究。发现学校竞技体育发展主要存在重视不够,经费不足,训练、管理体系不完善,人文精神弱化文化素养有待进一步提升等问题。针对存在的主要问题,建议学校要认真落实各项体育,加大竞技体育的经费投入;要不断加强体育教师队伍建设,不断优化竞技体育人才培养体系;加强对竞技体育人才的人文精神培养,促进运动员能力素养的全面发展。

This paper mainly through the literature,expert interviews and other research methods,the status quo of school competitive sports and the development of countermeasures.It is found that there are some problems in the development of school competitive sports,such as insufficient attention,insufficient funds,imperfect training and management system,and weak humanistic spirit.In view of the main problems,it is suggested that the school should implement all kinds of sports seriously and increase the fund input of competitive sports,strengthen the construction of sports teachers and optimize the training system of competitive sports talents Strengthen the humanistic spirit training of competitive sports talents and promote the all-round development of athletes’ability and accomplishment.
