以就业为导向的高职体育教学新模式的构建

The construction of new mode of PE teaching in higher vocational colleges

近几年,我国社会经济的发展十分迅速,社会各个行业都得到了较大的发展,人才的需求量大幅增加。这种情况下,高职院校教学工作的开展受到了较高的关注。但是值得注意的是,现阶段我国高职院校体育教学中问题较多,对就业导向的重视程度不够,导致体育教学的质量较低,并没有发挥出体育教学应有的作用,学生的身体素质难以通过体育教学得到显著的提升,不利于学生未来的发展。本文对现阶段我国高职院校体育教学中存在的问题进行了细致的梳理,详细地阐述了以就业为导向的高职体育教学新模式的构建意义,并提出了几点具体实施策略,以期能够为高职院校体育教师提供些许参考。

In recent years,the social economy of our country has developed very rapidly,all kinds of social industries have been greatly developed,and the demand for talents has increased greatly.In this case,the development of teaching in higher vocational colleges has received high attention.However,it is worth noting that at present,there are many problems in physical education teaching in higher vocational colleges in our country,and the degree of attention to employment orientation is not enough,which leads to the low quality of physical education teaching and does not play its due role in physical education teaching.Students'physical quality is diff icult to be signif icantly improved through physical education teaching,which is not conducive to the future development of students.This paper discusses the problems existing in physical education teaching in higher vocational colleges in China at the present stage.Detailed combing,detailed elaboration of the employment-oriented new model of higher vocational physical education construction signif icance,and put forward some specif ic implementation strategies,in order to provide some reference for higher vocational college physical education teachers.
