关于当前体育教师继续教育的思考

Reflections on the current Continuing education of Physical Education Teachers

体育教师的继续教育是终身教育中不容忽视的重要部分之一,也是提高我国体育教师本身素质的必定要求,还是我国体育教师不断向着素质化、专业化发展的必然趋势。教师团队整体素质的高低对我国素质教育成果的优劣具有直接性、决定性的影响。因此,为全面推进我国素质教育,有必要培养一支高素质、高水平的教师团队。所以,对体育教师继续教育进行研究非常有必要。对此,本文主要在分析我国体育教师继续教育存在的不足基础上,提出了体育教师继续教育的相关路径。

The continuing education of P.E.teachers is one of the important parts of life-long education,which can not be ignored.It is also the necessary requirement to improve the quality of P.E.teachers in our country.It is also the inevitable trend for P.E.teachers to develop towards quality and specialization.The overall quality of teachers’team has a direct and decisive influence on the quality education achievements in China.Therefore,in order to promote the quality-oriented education in China,it is necessary to cultivate a high-quality,high-level team of teachers,so it is necessary to study the continuing education of physical education teachers.In this regard,based on the analysis of the shortcomings of PE Teachers’Continuing Education in China,this paper puts forward the relevant path of PE Teachers’continuing education.
