体育教学作为一门学科,当前越来越受到人们的重视,体育改革的不断推进,初中体育教学也发生着变化,变化来自国家的重视、政策的支持和人们所作出的努力,初中学生作为教学主体如何提升其参与的主动性成为初中体育教学的一项重要内容,增加学生的主动参与意识,使其快乐地投入到体育教学中,身心得到健康发展是教师教学的初衷体现。

As a subject,physical education is getting more and more attention.With the continuous promotion of physical education reform,junior high school physical education is also changing.The change comes from the national attention,policy support and efforts made by people.How to improve the initiative of junior high school students'participation as the main body of teaching has become an important content of junior high school physical education,increasing students.It is the original intention of our teaching that teacher should take the initiative to participate in the physical education and develop our physical and mental health.
