三螺旋视角下广西群众体育品牌建设运行机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 运用三螺旋理论,大学、产业、政府在广西群众体育品牌建设中,通过各自发挥其外部与内部的动力因素,在广西群众体育品牌建设中一方面各自在内外动力因素的驱动下,积极地发挥作用,并过三方的紧密协作,相互融合,推动广西群众体育品牌的建设。本文对广西群众体育品牌建设的运行机制进行研究,对其动力机制、协调机制、共享机制、约束机制及保障机制的概念及基本结构进行分析,得出结论:在广西群众体育品牌建设中的动力机制、协调机制、共享机制、约束机制及保障机制之间并不是孤立发生作用的,而是这五大运行机制之间通过相互联系与穿插,在发挥各自作用的同时,协同其他运行机制共同发生作用,从而促进广西群众体育活动品牌的建设。 Using the triple helix theory,this paper analyzes the external and internal dynamic factors of universities,industries and governments in the construction of mass sports brands in Guangxi.On the one hand,driven by internal and external dynamic factors,they play an active role in the construction of Guangxi mass sports brand,and through close cooperation and mutual integration of the three parties,promote the construction of Guangxi mass sports brand.Through the research on the operation mechanism of Guangxi mass sports brand building,the concept and basic structure of its dynamic mechanism,coordination mechanism,sharing mechanism,restriction mechanism and guarantee mechanism are analyzed,and the conclusion is drawn:The dynamic mechanism,coordination mechanism,sharing mechanism,restraint mechanism and guarantee mechanism in Guangxi mass sports brand building do not act in isolation,but are connected and interspersed among the five major operating mechanisms.While playing their respective roles,they will work together with other operating mechanisms to promote the construction of Guangxi mass sports brand.
