全国跳绳联赛中车轮跳创编要素的分析--以2016-2017年全国跳绳联赛台州站为例

Analysis on the elements of creating wheel jump in national rope skipping League--Take Taizhou station of 2016-2017 national rope skipping League as an example

本文对参加2016-2017年全国跳绳联赛台州站车轮跳花样的成套动作进行深入分析,研究结果表明:2016-2017年全国跳绳联赛台州站中车轮跳花样成套动作音乐运用不符合,节奏和动作不合拍,场地运用不充分;车轮跳花样成套动作较为单一,创新性不强;教练员的专业技能不够,学习理论知识的能力还需提升;运动员的配合和技能学习的能力亟需加强。本文就车轮跳的创编要素研究提出以下几点建议:结合时代背景,攻坚克难;结合国外经验,进行本土改造;结合竞赛规则,规范套路动作;结合运动员以及教练员的实际情况,进行编排套路。

This article makes an in-depth analysis of the complete set of wheel jumping patterns in taizhou station of the 2016—2017 national rope skipping league.The research results show that:in the 2016—2017 national rope skipping league taizhou station,the wheel jump pattern complete set action music is not reasonable,the rhythm and the movement are not in step,the field is not reasonable;wheel jump pattern complete set of single action,not strong innovation;The professional skills of coaches are not enough and the ability to learn theoretical knowledge needs to be improved.Athletes’ability to cooperate and learn skills needs to be strengthened.This paper puts forward the following Suggestions on the research of the creative elements of wheel jump:Combine foreign experience,carry on the native place transformation;Combining competition rules,standardizing routine actions;According to the actual situation of athletes and coaches,the routines are arranged.
