摘要
适当的体育运动,对于大学生的身心发展非常有益。但篮球运动属于一种激烈的体育竞技运动,如果没有经过专业训练尤其是体能训练,很容易造成运动损伤。对此,高校教师在进行篮球运动教学时,要对学生进行必要的体能训练,这样才能有效预防学僧在篮球运动中的损伤,促进高校学生身心的有益发展。本文从高校篮球体能训练中存在的问题开始探讨,进而分析了体能训练对于预防篮球损伤的重要意义,从而在体能训练对于预防篮球运动损伤问题上做了有价值的探索。
Proper sports are very benef icial to the physical and mental development of college students.But basketball belongs to a kind of f ierce sports,if there is no professional training,especially physical training,it is easy to cause sports injury.In t his regard,College teachers in basketball teaching,need to carry out t he necessary physical t raining for students,so as to ef fectively prevent the injur y of learning monks in basketball,and promote the benef icial development of College Students'body and mind.This paper starts from the problems existing in the physical training of college basketball,and then analyzes the importance of physical training for the prevention of basketball injury,so as to make a valuable exploration in the physical training for the prevention of basketball injury.
