This paper aims to improve the enthusiasm and eff iciency of college students in volleyball study,to explain in detail a series of problems existing in the current college volleyball teaching and to give improvement strategies.The teaching purpose and content of the class will be permeated into the volleyball teaching,so that the class can be as interesting and competitive as the volleyball match,and the students'volleyball ability will be further improved So that teaching and learning can be connected smoothly,so that college students can feel the fun of volleyball.
