竞技体育中之所以出现很多道德问题,其根本原因都在于教练与运动员对"义"与"利"的不同理解。近年来,我国竞技体育蓬勃发展,羽毛球、乒乓球、足球、田径等竞技体育后备人才培养工作稳步推进。现如今,我国正在积极从"体育大国"向"体育强国"转变,在此背景下,我国竞技体育要实现健康的发展,需要人们始终坚持正确的义利观,从国家强化管理层面、用人选人等层面对竞技体育工作做出优化与革新。
