中小学体育第二课堂开展研究

The second classroom of physical education in primary and secon dary schools

在中小学的教学课程中,体育教学占据着较为重要的位置。体育第二课堂是指除了体育教学之外的学校组织的一系列有利于学生进行课余体育锻炼的体育活动。体育第二课堂不但能够使学生的课余生活更加丰富,而且有利于提升学生的身体素质和运动水平。本文通过分析中小学体育开展第二课堂的必要性及面临的问题进行分析,并据此提出相应的发展措施,对中小学体育教学具有一定的参考价值。

Physical education plays an important role in the teaching of primary and secondary schools.The second class of physical education refers to a series of physical activities organized by the school in addition to physical education that are conducive to students'extracurricular physical exercise.The second class of physical education can not only enrich students'extracurricular life,but also improve their physical quality and sports level.This paper analyzes the necessity and problems of developing the second class of physical education in primary and secondary schools,and puts forward corresponding development measures accordingly,which has certain reference value for physical education teaching in primary and secondary schools.
