基于核心素养下高中体育教师专业发展的策略研究

针对十八大后提出的社会主义核心价值观,重点发展社会核心素养。笔者希望通过对专家学者和高中体育教师的访谈和调查,在体育强国梦、体育教师素质、创新能力和终身体育几个方面对高中体育教师的专业发展进行研究,探讨高中体育教师的专业发展所必需的核心素养,以期能促进自身专业的发展,抓住契机,勇担历史赋予人们的崇高使命,早日实现体育强国梦。

In view of the socialist core values put forward after the 18th National Congress,we should focus on the development of social core literacy.The author hopes to study the professional development of high school physical education teachers through interviews and surveys of experts,scholars and high school physical education teachers in the aspects of sports power dream,physical education teachers'quality,innovation ability and lifelong physical education,so as to explore the core literacy necessar y for the professional development of high school physical education teachers,so as to promote their own professional development,seize the opportunity,and bravely bear the responsibility given to me by history Our lofty mission is to realize the dream of sports power as soon as possible.
