摘要
心理压力是现代社会普遍存在的一种心理现象,心理压力的的大小直接影响着人们生活的方方面面。尤其处于21世纪新时代,青少年儿童人群的学习成绩家长越来越重视,直接导致小学生学习压力成倍增长,但小学生心理承受能力有限,又不懂得科学地缓解压力等,使得学生在心理方面的压力很大,本文就小学生体育锻炼对缓解心理压力做简要分析,以促进学生心理承受力的提升,了解缓解心理压力的方法,使小学生身心健康。
The psychological pressure is a common psychological phenomenon in the modern society,and the size of the psychological pressure directly inf luences every aspect of people's life.in particular,in that new era of the 21 st century,the school record of the children of the youth and children is increasing,and the study pressure of the primary school students has doubled,but the psychological endurance of the primary school students is limited,and the stress of the relief of science is not known,so that the pressure of the students in the psychological aspect is great,This paper makes a brief analysis of the psychological stress of primary school students in order to promote the psychological bearing of the students,to understand the methods of relieving mental stress,and to improve the physical and mental health of the primary school students.
