第49届体操世锦赛男子单杠技术特征分析

Analysis on the technical characteristics of men's horizontal bar in the 49th gymnastics world championship

本文采用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计等方法,以第49届体操世锦赛决赛前8名男子单杠完成的成套动作为研究对象,对男子单缸技术特征进行充分的分析。得出以下结论:(1)完成质量分与最后得分成正相关,完成分越高,最后得分相对越高,比赛名次越好,高质量的完成分是运动员取得好成绩的关键。在比赛时,运动员要争取"保质量,提难度"。(2)在动作编排方面,飞行类动作仍然是动作编排的主流。高难度的飞行动作不仅可以获得更高的难度加分,还能获得更高的连接加分,所以运动员在编排飞行动作时,侧重于选用难度价值高的动作。(3)在动作连接方面中,二连接不仅可以获得连接加分,同时还能保证动作完成的质量,是运动员在动作编排时首要选用的动作连接。三连接及四连接由于连接的飞行动作过多,在动作完成质量上得不到保证,所以运动员在选择动作连接时会更倾向于二连接。

This paper adopts the methods of documentary data,video observation and mathematical statistics to study the complete set of movements completed by the top eight men on the horizontal bar in the 49th world gymnastics championships,and f ul ly ana lyzes the technica l character istics of men's sing le cyl inder.Draw the fol lowing conclusions:(1)The completion quality score is positively correlated with the f inal score.The higher the completion score,the higher the f inal score and the better the ranking.The high quality completion score is the key for athletes to achieve good results.In competition,athletes should strive for"quality and diff iculty".(2)In the aspect of motion choreography,f light motion is still the mainstream of motion choreography.The highly diff icult f light movements can not only get higher diff iculty points,but also get higher connection points.Therefore,when arranging f light movements,athletes focus on choosing the movements with high diff iculty value.(3)In the aspect of movement connection,the second connection can not on ly get bonus points,but a lso ensure the qua l it y of movement completion.Because there are too many connected f light movements,the quality of movement completion cannot be guaranteed,so the athletes prefer the two connection when choosing the movement connection.
