两创方针即"大众创业,万众创新",它是在我国经济发展新形势下国家做出的战略方针。"两创"精神不断传播,学生的创新、创业精神对提高就业有重大帮助。社体专业发展现状对大学生的创新、创业提出了新要求,本文聚合就业竞争力体系相关研究,结合社体专业就业现状,分析学生能动性与就业竞争力之间的关系,运用程序性模式层层突破,分析社体专业学生就业竞争力要素。

The two-creation policy is"mass entrepreneurship,innovation for all",which is the strategic policy made by the state under the new situation of China's economic development.The spirit of"two creations"is constantly spreading,and the innovation and entrepreneurial spirit of students have great help in improving employment.The current situation of social professional development puts forward new requirements for the innovation and entrepreneurship of college students,this paper aggregates the relevant research of the employment competitiveness system,combines the current situation of social professional employment,analyzes the relationship between student dynamics and employment competitiveness,uses the procedural model layer-by-layer breakthrough,analyzes the factors of employment competitiveness of social science students.
