2型糖尿病患者运动疗法的最新实践研究进展

The latest development of exercise therapy in patients with type 2 diabetes

糖尿病已成为新型世界范围的流行性疾病,将成为世界第7大致死疾病;中国拥有世界最多的糖尿病患者,约90%为2型糖尿病患者。运动疗法在2型糖尿病治疗过程中占有重要的地位。通过查阅近20年文献,其中英文文献15篇,中文文献34篇,概括了有氧运动、抗阻运动、有氧运动结合抗阻运动的方式对2型糖尿病患者产生的不同疗效,其中,有氧和抗阻结合的运动方式在治疗2型糖尿病患者中产生的疗效比任何形式的单一运动都更有效。应根据2型糖尿病患者的不同情况尽可能选择组合式运动方式,从而改善患者体质,提高生活质量,降低糖尿病并发症的风险。

Diabetes has become a new worldwide epidemic disease,and will become the seventh fatal disease in the world;China has the largest number of diabetics in the world,about 90%of them are type 2 diabetics.Exercise therapy plays a n important role in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Based on the literature review of the past 20 years,including 15 English literature and 34 Chinese literature,this paper summarizes the different effects of aerobic exercise,resistance exercise,aerobic exercise combined with resistance exercise on type 2 diabetes patients.Among them,the combination of aerobic exercise and resistance exercise is more effective than any single exercise in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.According to the different situations of type 2 diabetic patients,the combined exercise mode should be selected as much as possible.In order to improve the physical f itness of patients,improve the quality of life,reduce the risk of diabetic complications.
