摘要
在场地自行车运动项目中计时赛、团体竞速赛和团体追逐赛都需要运动员运用到原地起动技术,原地起动技术决定着起跑速度,甚至在很大程度上影响着比赛的成败,这就要求教练员在平时训练中重视运动员起动技术动作的锻炼。因此,本文首先概述原地起动技术动作,然后分析原地起动的生物力学因素,进而对场地自行车原地起动技术动作进行设计构想,最后研究优化场地自行车原地起动技术动作的设计方案。
In the track cycling events,time trial,team racing and team chase all need athletes to use the technology of starting in situ,which determines the starting speed and even affects the success or failure of the race to a great extent.This requires the coaches in peacetime training attention to the start of athletes technical action training.Therefore,this paper f irst summarizes the technical action of in-situ starting,then analyzes the biomechanical factors of insitu starting,and then designs the technical action of in-situ starting for f ield bicycles.Finally,the design scheme of optimizing the technical movement of in-situ starting of the f ield bicycle is studied.
