高稳定性长脉冲调制器的设计与实验

摘要 为实现长脉冲输出并改善调制器的稳定性,提出了一种闭环控制的高压长脉冲调制器。首先,介绍了脉冲调制器的基本原理和组成;然后,分析了调制器的工作过程;接着,研制了调制器模型样机并进行了实验,给出了实验波形,证实了高稳定性长脉冲调制器能够有效提高调制脉冲脉内和脉间的稳定性;最后,分析了影响调制器可靠性工作的重点因素,以及限制调制器性能的制约因素,并分别提出了解决方案。 In order to achieve long pulse as well as improving the stability of the modulator, a high voltage long pulse modulator has been designed with closed-loop control. Firstly, the basic principle and the system composition are presented. Secondly, detailed analysis of the working process of the modulator is proposed. Thirdly, a modulator model is constructed and measured for getting some experiences, the test results show that high stability long pulse modulator can greatly improve the stability of the modulation pulse between intrapluse and interpulse. Finally, the factors influencing the reliability and restricting the performance of the modulator are analyzed, and the solutions are given separately.
