法国仿制药替代计划对我国的启示

The enlightenment of French generic drugs substitution plan to China

随着世界人口老龄化的加剧,人们对于药品的需求将会进一步增加。原研药价格高昂,而仿制药相对低廉,对减轻患者负担、政府财政压力具有重要意义。但我国现阶段的仿制药难以完全替代原研药,本文将从医生、药剂师、患者多个角度介绍法国仿制药替代计划,并依托我国国情借鉴法国经验,从提高仿制药质量、加速进入市场、提高仿制药使用3个角度提出建议,旨在加快我国仿制药替代步伐。

As the world’s population ages,the demand for medicines will increase further. Original drugs are expensive,and generic drugs are relatively inexpensive. For reducing the burden on patients and the government’s financial pressure,generic drugs are of great significance. However,it is difficult for China to completely replace original drugs by generic drugs currently. This article introduced the French generic substitution plan from a variety of perspectives,including doctors,pharmacists and patients. And suggestions were put forward from three aspects relying on China’s national conditions and the French experience in order to accelerate the pace of generic drugs substitution in China: improving the quality of generic drugs,speeding up the market entry and increasing the use of generic drugs.
