摘要
目的分析梧州市红十字会医院2015—2018年肺炎链球菌的临床分布及耐药情况。方法收集梧州市红十字会医院2015—2018年各科室培养、分离及鉴定出的肺炎链球菌,并分别进行药敏试验。分析肺炎链球菌标本类型分布、肺炎链球菌科室分布、肺炎链球菌耐药性。结果2015—2018年本院共分离出肺炎链球菌308株,其标本主要来源于痰液标本,其次是静脉血。肺炎链球菌科室分布中儿科占比最高,其次是重症科、呼吸科、放疗科。308株肺炎链球菌耐药性中红霉素、地红霉素、阿奇霉素、克拉霉素、四环素、克林霉素、多西环素、头孢呋辛、复方新诺明耐药性均>50.00%。结论本院2015—2018年肺炎链球菌主要来源于儿科与重症科室,且痰液检出较高,而对多种药物具有很高的耐药性,临床治疗应合理使用抗生素,降低耐药性,提高临床治疗效果。
Objective To analyze the clinical distribution and drug resistance of Streptococcus pneumoniae in Wuzhou Red Cross Hospital from 2015 to 2018.Methods We collected Streptococcus pneumoniae from various departments of Wuzhou Red Cross Hospital from 2015 to 2018,and carried out drug sensitivity tests.To analyze the distribution of Streptococcus pneumoniae samples,departments and drug resistance of Streptococcus pneumoniae.Results 308 strains of Streptococcus pneumoniae were isolated in our hospital from 2015 to 2018.The samples were mainly from sputum,followed by venous blood.Paediatrics accounts for the highest proportion in the Department distribution of Streptococcus pneumoniae,followed by the Department of Severe Disease,Respiratory and Radiotherapy.Among 308 strains of Streptococcus pneumoniae,the drug resistance of erythromycin,dirithromycin,azithromycin,clarithromycin,tetracycline,clindamycin,doxycycline,cefuroxime and compound minophen were more than 50.00%.Conclusion From 2015 to 2018,Streptococcus pneumoniae is mainly from pediatric and critical departments,and the sputum is highly detected,while it had high resistance to a variety of drugs.Therefore,antibiotics should be reasonably used in clinical treatment to reduce the resistance and improve the clinical treatment effect.
