神经节苷脂联合神经生长因子治疗小儿脑损伤的临床疗效 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨神经节苷脂联合神经生长因子治疗小儿脑损伤的临床疗效。方法选取梧州市红十字会医院2017年3月—2019年3月收治的小儿脑损伤患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各50例。对照组予以常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上予以神经节苷脂联合神经生长因子治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后新生儿神经功能评定量表(NBNA)评分、临床体征(反射、肌张力、意识、表达)恢复时间。结果试验组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组NBNA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3 d、12 d后试验组NBNA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组反射、肌张力、意识、表达恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论神经节苷脂联合神经生长因子治疗小儿脑损伤的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患儿神经功能,缩短治疗时间。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ganglioside combined with nerve growth factor for brain injury in children.Methods A total of 100 cases of Children with brain injury were selected from March 2017 to March 2019 in Wuzhou Red Cross Hospital,which were divided into control group and test group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,the test group was treated with ganglioside and nerve growth factor on the basis of the control group.Clinical effect,NBNA score before and after treatment,recovery time of clinical signs(reflex,muscular tension,consciousness,expression)was treated with acarbose based on control group.Results The clinical effect of test group was better than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in NBNA scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after 3 d and 12 d of treatment,the test group of NBNA score was higher than control group(P<0.05).The test group of recovery time of reflex,muscle tension,consciousness and expression was shorter than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ganglioside combined with nerve growth factor have an exact clinical effect for brain injury in children,Can effectively improve the neurological function of children and shorten the treatment time.
