摘要
目的探讨脾氨肽口服冻干粉治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效及其对炎性因子、免疫功能的影响。方法选取茂名市人民医院2015年12月—2019年2月收治的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿100例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组予以阿奇霉素干混悬剂治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以脾氨肽口服冻干粉治疗。两组均治疗4周。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后炎性因子〔包括超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)〕、治疗前后免疫学指标(包括IgA、IgG、IgM)。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组hsCRP、IL-6和TNF-α比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组hs-CRP、IL-6和TNF-α低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组IgA、IgG、IgM比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组IgA、IgG高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组IgM比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脾氨肽口服冻干粉治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床疗效确切,可有效改善炎性反应,提高免疫功能。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of spleen aminopeptide oral lyophilized powder on mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children and its influence on inflammatory factors and immune function.Methods A total of 100 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were selected from December 2015 to February 2019 in Maoming People’s Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases each of group.The control group was treated with azithromycin suspension,and the observation group was treated with spleen aminopeptide oral lyophilized powder based on the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors(including hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α)and immunological indexes(including IgA,IgG and IgM)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αbetween the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αin the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in IgA,IgG and IgM between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,IgA and IgG in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in IgM between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of spleen aminopeptide oral lyophilized powder in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children is definite,it can effectively improve the inflammatory response and immune function.
