Research progress of the single umbilical artery

单脐动脉是最常见的脐带异常。该文回顾了Pubmed系统上关于单脐动脉的所有文献,对单脐动脉的发生率、单脐动脉与胎儿异常、单脐动脉的妊娠结局及原因、分娩方式选择、单脐动脉血流变化、单脐动脉左右侧、单脐动脉新生儿远期影响等方面作一综述,并对已有的研究成果、缺失、不足及未来可能的研究方向进行了阐述。

The single umbilical artery is the most common umbilical cord abnormality. This article reviewed all the literatures about single umbilical artery on Pubmed,and summarized the incidence of single umbilical artery,single umbilical artery and fetal abnormalities,pregnancy outcome and reasons of single umbilical artery,choice of delivery mode,blood flow changes of single umbilical artery,left and right sides distribution of single umbilical artery and the long-term effects of single umbilical artery for neonates. In addition,the existing research results,deficiencies,shortcomings and possible future research directions also reviewed.
