Optimization practice of Ansteel new No.4 blast furnace

摘要 针对鞍钢新4号高炉燃料消耗较高的问题,通过建立三元碱度模型,采取差异分位布料方法进行炉料的合理搭配,实施以中心为主、适度疏松边缘的布料模式,用以改进炉料的还原效果;下部调剂以控制风量为主,采取压力匹配模式,并优化鼓风动能和风口面积的计算,获得适宜的回旋区形式,活跃炉缸。与此同时,采取合理控制渣皮厚度、软熔带形式以及炉渣碱度等不同措施,在控制形成合理操作炉型基础上,应用不同可视化手段并构建数据平台,强化对高炉运行过程的监控,使得高炉顺行状态有较大程度改善,取得了日产量增加476 t、燃料消耗下降20 kg/t以上的良好效果,实现了新4号高炉提产增效的目的。 Aiming at the problem of high fuel consumption in Ansteel No.4 BF,the ternary basicity is established, and the differential distribution method is adopted for the rational charging, implementing a central oriented and moderately loose edge distribution mode to improve the reduction effect of furnace burden. The lower adjustment focuses on controlling the air flow, adopting a pressure matching mode to operate the blast furnace, and optimizing the calculation of the blast kinetic energy and the area of past tuyere to obtain an appropriate raceway of the swing zone to activate the hearth. At the same time, different measures such as reasonable control of slag skin thickness, soft melting zone form and slag basicity are adopted. On the basis of controlling a reasonable operation of furnace typere, different visualization methods are applied and data platforms are constructed. It strengthens the monitoring of the running state of BF to a great extent and achieves a good effect of increasing daily output by 476 t/d and decreasing fuel consumption by more than 20 kg/t. It also realizes the purpose of increasing production and increasing efficiency of No.4 BF.
