摘要
在断面为260 mm×2050 mm板坯上使用二冷区电磁搅拌后,为改善常用拉速生产过程中产生的负偏析和更高拉速生产过程中产生的连续中心偏析及疏松,进行了不同搅拌模式及搅拌位置试验和电磁搅拌参数优化试验。试验得出:拉速0.85或0.95 m/min时,使用单对电搅辊能够减轻电搅产生的负偏析,同时可将中心偏析及疏松都控制在C1.0及以下级别;拉速增加到1.05 m/min时,使用两对电搅辊加强搅拌强度才能改善铸坯中心的连续偏析。
In order to improve the negative segregation under common casting speed and continuous central segregation and porosity in high casting speed production,S-EMS was used in slab continuous casting of 260 mm×2050 mm,and optimized experiments have been made under different stirring modes,stirring positions and parameters of S-EMS.The results show that when the casting speed is 0.85 or 0.95 m/min,single pair of electromagnetic stirring rolls can alleviate negative segregation and control the rank of central segregation,porosity under C1.0.When the casting speed increases to 1.05 m/min,the continuous central segregation of slab can be improved by using two pairs of electromagnetic stirring rolls.
