摘要
针对含硫含铝钢钢种特性,介绍连铸时存在絮流风险的原理。通过研究适合含硫含铝精炼渣系,建立了精炼原辅渣料模型控制,稳定了生产过程渣系;配合钙处理技术进行优化,通过优化过程易氧化元素铝的加入工艺,修正了过程控制关键点;连铸过程的过热度控制制度,获得钢水在连铸过程中良好的可浇性,实现含硫含铝钢种的长浇次稳定生产,产品质量稳定,满足高端用户需求。
For the characteristics of steel grades of sulfur-containing aluminum-containing steels,the principle of flotation risk during continuous casting is introduced.The model control of refining raw and auxiliary slag was established by studying the suitable slag system with sulfur and aluminum,and the slag system was stabilized.By researching suitable sulfur-containing aluminum-containing refining slag system,establishing refining raw and auxiliary slag material model control,stabilizing the production process slag system.The key points of process control are modified by optimizing the process of adding aluminum which is easy to oxidize.The superheat control system of the process obtains the good pourability of molten steel in the continuous casting process,realizes the long-casting stable production of sulfur-containing aluminum-containing steel,and the product quality is stable,meeting the needs of high-end users.
