摘要
太极拳运动能够有效促进练习者下肢血液循环,起到按摩治疗腿部劳损作用,但是练习不规范,却又容易造成各种运动性损伤,特别是对于膝关节的损伤。文章通过对造成太极拳练习者膝关节损伤的因素分析,提出在太极拳练习过程中应规范动作要领的具体方法。
Practicing taijiquan(tai chi chuan,a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing)can improve the blood circulation of lower limbs and release the leg-strain through massage.However,lack of standard practice will lead to sport injury,especially knee injury.By analyzing the factor of knee injury for taijiquan practitioners,this paper proposes the specific method for standard taijiquan movement.
