摘要 全腔镜甲状腺手术(totally endoscopic thyroidectomy,TET)源于1996年美国医生Gagner等[1]的腔镜下甲状旁腺次全切除术,有锁骨下入路、腋窝入路、胸前入路(breast approach,BA)、全乳晕入路(breast areola approach,BAA)、单侧腋乳入路、双侧腋乳入路(bilateral axillo-breast approach,BABA)及口腔入路(trans-oral approach,TOA)等多种入路方式[2]。
