甲状腺癌的精准诊疗近年来取得了很大的进展,涉及到良恶性判断、恶性风险分层、遗传性基因变异诊断及靶向治疗等方面。分子诊断的临床应用在国内也已广泛开展,为甲状腺癌的个性化管理提供了指导。本文介绍分子诊断在甲状腺癌临床精准诊治应用中的现状与发展趋势。

In recent years the precise diagnosis and treatment of thyroid cancer have made great progress and widely applied clinically, which include the judgment of benign and malignant, malignant risk stratification, inheritance and target therapy. It provides new guidelines for the individualized management of thyroid cancer. We try to introduce the applications of molecular diagnosis in thyroid cancer from the above aspects.
