基于文献计量学的中山大学附属第一医院SCI论文期刊和研究方向分析

Analysis of SCI journals and research directions of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University based on bibliometrics

目的通过对2007-2016年中山大学附属第一医院(以下简称"中山一院")SCI论文的刊载期刊和研究方向进行分析,探讨其刊载期刊的趋势、论文研究方向和科室的相关性。方法以中国科学技术信息研究所公布数据和Web of Science检索,收集2007-2016年中山大学附属第一医院被SCI收录的论文,对论文刊载期刊、论文研究方向等情况进行统计分析。结果2007-2016年中山一院共发表SCI论文2999篇,刊载期刊共897种,其中近60%的论文刊载在166种期刊上。载文量最多的是PLoS One期刊,共125篇。期刊影响因子(IF)10分以上期刊有16种,共刊载论文25篇,涉及12个科室。所有论文共涉及76个研究方向,其中以肿瘤学的论文数最多,占总论文数的10.3%。前10位研究方向的论文有1647篇,占总论文数的54.92%。76个研究方向中有62个研究方向覆盖2个以上的科室。结论中山一院发表的SCI论文期刊过于集中,高影响力成果少,虽学科交叉广泛,但凝练度不够。

Objective To investigate the journals and research directions of SCI papers published by the first affiliated hospital of Sun Yat-sen university from 2007 to 2016.To further study the trend of published journals,as well as the relationship between the research directions and departments.Methods According to the data from Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China and the Web of Science,SCI papers of our hospital from 2007 to 2016 were searched and collected,detailed information on published journals and research directions of the papers were analyzed.Results From 2007 to 2016,scientists of our hospital published 2999 SCI papers in 897 kinds of journals in total,among which almost 60%papers were published in 166 kinds of journals.PLoS One published the largest number,counted as 125 papers.There were 16 kinds of journals with impact factor(IF)>10,published 25 papers from 12 departments.A total number of 76 research directions were involved in all these papers,and the largest number of papers was in oncology,accounted for 10.3%.There were 1647 papers in the top 10 research directions,accounted for 54.92%.Among the 76 research directions,62 research directions involved more than 2 departments.Conclusions The distribution of SCI journals published by the first affiliated hospital of Sun Yat-sen university is centralized,with few high-impact achievements.Interdisciplinary research is common and widespread,but the degree of concentration is not enough.
