The battle of the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control is an unprecedented test for the governance capability,national system and public quality of the Chinese party and government.The Chinese government and people scored high marks both in the national battle against the epidemic and in the international fight for the discourse right.The key to China’s victory above is that China has followed the mass line and that the institutional advantages of socialism with Chinese characteristics have been brought into play.Chinese people have told the good Chinese story with their actionsand convinced the international community.It is therefore necessary to summarize the experience and lesson in this paper for china’s further advancement.
