新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控中医用防护装备对皮肤损伤原因分析及对策

Analysis and countermeasures of skin injury caused by medical protective equipment during Coronavirus disease(COVID-19)prevention and control

新型冠状病毒肺炎自2019年12月在我国爆发以来,数以万计的医护人员到武汉以及其他一线抗击疫情。一线医护人员在工作时,需要长时间穿戴防护装备以及多次消毒洗消,容易对皮肤屏障造成损伤,引发皮肤疾病,如接触性皮炎、皮肤干燥、神经性皮炎、皮肤压痕、痤疮、皮肤过敏等。该文针对疫情防控过程中医护人员最常出现的皮肤病分析其成因并提出对策,为抗疫一线医护人员的皮肤防护提供应对措施和处理建议,最大程度地降低防护装备对医护人员皮肤所造成的伤害。

In January 2020,since the outbreak of coronavirus disease(COVID-19)in China,tens of thousands of medical workers have come to Wuhan and other front-line to fight against epidemic situation.In the work of front-line medical staff,they need to wear protective equipment for a long time and sterilize and wash for many times,which is easy to damage their skin barrier and cause skin diseases,such as contact dermatitis,skin dryness,neurodermatitis,skin indentation,skin allergy,acne,etc.This paper analyzes the causes of the most common skin diseases of the medical staff in the process of epidemic prevention and control,and puts forward countermeasures and treatment suggestions for the skin protection,so as to minimize the harm caused by the protective equipment.
