难治性癫痫患者认知功能障碍影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors of cognitive function in patients with refractory epilepsy

目的探讨难治性癫痫患者认知功能障碍的影响因素.方法对81例难治性癫痫患者采用韦氏智力测验量表评估患者的智力水平,包括总智商、言语智商及操作智商,采用韦氏记忆量表评估患者的记忆功能.比较不同资料患者的测评结果.结果不同发病年龄、病程、发作频率患者韦氏智力测验量表的言语智商、操作智商、总智商比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01),不同发病年龄、病程、病灶患者韦氏记忆量表的记忆商比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01).结论发病年龄、病程、发作频率及病灶是难治性癫痫患者认知功能损伤的影响因素,应予以有针对性的药物或手术治疗以延缓认知功能障碍的发生和发展.

Objective To analyze the factors influencing cognitive function in patients with refractory epilepsy.Method 81 patients with refractory epilepsy were assessed with WAIS,including total IQ,verbal IQ,and operational IQ.WMS was used to assess patients'memory function.Compare the evaluation results of patients with different data.Results There were significant differences in WAIS speech IQ,operational IQ,and total IQ among patients with different ages,course of disease,and frequency of onset(P<0.05 or 0.01).There was significant difference in WMS MQ among patients with different ages of onset,course of disease and lesions(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusions Onset time,course of disease,attack frequency and focus are key factors affecting the cognitive function of RE patients.Drugs or surgery should be targeted to delay the onset and development of cognitive dysfunction.
