摘要
目的探讨多元化健康教育联合理性情绪疗法对功能失调性子宫出血患者应对方式、情绪及自我护理能力的影响.方法将300例功能失调性子宫出血患者按建档顺序分为两组,各150例.对照组采取常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采取多元化健康教育联合理性情绪疗法,观察3个月.于干预前后采用医学应对方式量表、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、自我护理能力测定量表评定应对方式、焦虑抑郁情绪、自我护理能力;于干预后,采用自制疾病健康知识量表、纽卡斯尔护理服务满意度量表评定疾病健康知识掌握情况、护理满意度.结果干预后两组医学应对方式量表的回避、屈服、面对因子分均较干预前显著改善(P<0.01),焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均较干预前显著降低(P<0.01),自我护理能力测定量表总分及健康知识水平、自我责任感、自我护理技能、自我概念因子分较干预前显著升高(P<0.01),研究组显著优于对照组(P<0.01).研究组疾病健康知识掌握度显著优于对照组(P<0.01),护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论多元化健康教育联合理性情绪疗法能显著改善功能失调性子宫出血患者的应对方式,缓解或消除其焦虑抑郁情绪,提高其自我护理能力,促进其对疾病健康知识的掌握,提高护理满意度.
Objective To explore the effect of diversified health education combined with rational emotional therapy on coping style and self-care ability of patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods 300 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding were divided into study group and control group according to the order of filing,150 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received rational emotional therapy and diversified health education on the basis of the control group for 3 months.Before and after the intervention,MCMQ,SAS,SDS,and ESCA were used to evaluate coping style,anxiety and depression,and self-care ability.After the intervention,the self-made disease health knowledge scale and NSNS were used to evaluate the disease health knowledge mastery and nursing satisfaction.Results The scores of avoidance,surrender and face factor of MCMQ in the two groups were significantly improved after the intervention(P<0.01).The SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than before intervention(P<0.01).The ESCA total score and health knowledge level,self-responsibility,self-care skills,and self-concept factor scores were significantly higher than before the intervention(P<0.01),the study group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).The mastery of disease health knowledge in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01),and nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Diversified health education combined with rational emotional therapy can significantly improve coping styles,alleviate mood disorders,improve self-care ability,and promote the mastery of disease health knowledge and the nursing satisfaction in patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
