多穴位贴敷中药膏对乳腺癌患者靶向治疗后消化道反应的影响

Effect of multi-acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine ointment on digestive tract response of patients with breast cancer after targeted therapy

目的探讨多穴位贴敷中药膏对乳腺癌患者靶向治疗后消化道反应的影响.方法将80例乳腺癌靶向治疗后消化道不良反应患者按入院时间分为贴敷组及常规组,每组40例.两组均予以靶向治疗及常规护理干预,贴敷组在此基础上予以多穴位贴敷中药膏治疗,观察7d.统计两组临床疗效、患者满意度、并发症发生状况,于干预前后评定消化道反应程度及卡氏评分.结果贴敷组总有效率及满意率显著高于常规组(P<0.05).治疗后两组消化道反应程度均显著减轻(P<0.01),卡氏评分均较治疗前显著提高(P<0.01),贴敷组显著优于常规组(P<0.01).两组均未出现血常规、肝肾功能、心电图异常等,安全性评价为1级,贴敷组穴位贴敷未见不耐受或过敏情况.结论多穴位贴敷中药膏能有效缓解乳腺癌患者靶向治疗后消化道反应情况,效果显著,安全性高,且对改善患者生活质量,提升干预认可度具有积极作用.

Objective To explore the effect of multi-acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine ointment on digestive tract response of patients with breast cancer after targeted therapy.Methods 80 patients with gastrointestinal adverse reactions after targeted breast cancer treatment were divided into the application group and the conventional group according to the admission time,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were given targeted therapy and routine nursing intervention.On the basis of this,the application group was treated with multi-acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine ointment and observed for 7 days.The clinical efficacy,patient satisfaction,and complication status of the two groups were counted,and the degree of gastrointestinal reaction and KPS score were evaluated before and after the intervention.Results The total effective rate of the application group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The degree of gastrointestinal reaction in the two groups was significantly reduced after treatment(P<0.01),and the KPS scores were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.01).The application group was significantly better than the conventional group(P<0.01).There were no blood routine,liver,kidney function,electrocardiogram abnormalities in the two groups,and the safety evaluation was grade 1.There was no intolerance or allergy in the application group.Conclusions Multi-acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine ointment can effectively alleviate the digestive tract reaction of breast cancer patients after targeted therapy with remarkable effect and high safety,and has a positive effect on improving the quality of life of patients and enhancing the recognition of intervention.
