操作示范指导在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能检测中的应用

Application of operation demonstration guidance in the detection of pulmonary function in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的探讨操作示范指导在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能检测中的应用.方法将160例老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者按随机数字表法分为两组,每组80例.对照组予以常规护理,研究组在肺功能检测前予以操作示范指导,观察整个检测过程.比较两组患者肺功能检测中各项操作达标情况.结果研究组肺功能检测中体位、含嘴放置、鼻夹使用、用力吸气、快速吸饱气、吸气时不停顿、用力呼气、快速呼气、最后深吸一口气达标率显著高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01),流速容量环检测完成时间<10 min及全部肺通气检测完成时间<25 min的患者显著多于对照组(P<0.05).结论操作示范指导可以有效提高老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者在肺功能检测中的各项操作达标率,有利于保证检测的准确性.

Objective To explore the application of operation demonstration guidance in the detection of pulmonary function in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 160 patients with COPD were randomly divided into two groups,80 cases each.The control group was given routine care,and the research group was given operational demonstration guidance before lung function testing,and the entire testing process was observed.Results In the study group,the posture,placement with mouth,use of nose clips,inhalation of force,rapid inhalation,non-stop breathing,forced exhalation,rapid exhalation,and finally a deep breath in the lung function test are significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).Patients with flow velocity volume loop test completion time<10 min and total lung ventilation test completion time<25 min were significantly more than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The operation demonstration guidance can effectively improve the compliance rate of various operations in the detection of pulmonary function in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,which is conducive to ensuring the accuracy of the detection.
