摘要 微小RNA-223(miR-223)定位于X染色体上,在进化过程中高度保守。近年来,许多研究指出miR-223在多种消化系统肿瘤如食管癌、胃癌、肝癌、胰腺癌、结直肠癌中表达异常,其可通过多种信号通路参与肿瘤细胞的增殖、凋亡、侵袭等过程,并有望成为消化系统肿瘤诊断和预后的标志物。 MicroRNA-223(miR-223)is located on chromosome X,and is highly conserved in the process of evolution.In recent years,many studies have shown that miR-223 is abnormally expressed in a variety of digestive system tumors,such as esophageal cancer,gastric cancer,liver cancer,pancreatic cancer and colorectal cancer.MiR-223 can participate in the proliferation,apoptosis and invasion of tumor cells through a variety of signal pathways,which is expected to become a marker for the diagnosis and prognosis of digestive system tumors.
