山莨菪碱联合阿托品救治急性农药中毒疗效观察

Observation of the efficacy of anisodamine combined with atropine in the treatment of acute pesticide poisoning

目的观察山莨菪碱(654-2)联合阿托品救治急性农药中毒的疗效。方法选择2014年1月-2018年12月广西壮族自治区来宾市人民医院急诊科收治的急性农药中毒患者129例作为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为研究组68例和对照组61例,研究组采用山莨菪碱联合阿托品治疗,对照组采用阿托品治疗,比较2组患者救治总有效率、药物不良反应发生率、阿托品用药总量及住院时间。结果研究组患者救治总有效率为95.59%,高于对照组的83.61%(χ^2=5.094,P<0.05);药物不良反应发生率为1.47%,低于对照组的14.75%(χ^2=7.934,P<0.01);阿托品用药总量低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论山莨菪碱联合阿托品救治急性农药中毒能有效提高患者救治效果,降低药物不良反应发生率,缩短患者住院时间,是一种安全、高效的治疗方案。

Objective To observe the efficacy of anisodamine(654-2)combined with atropine in the treatment of acute pesticide poisoning.Methods 129 patients with acute pesticide poisoning from January 2014 to December 2018 in Department of Emergency,People’s Hospital of Laibin were selected,and they were divided into treatment group(68 cases)and control group(61 cases)according to different treatment methods,the treatment group was treated with anisodamine combined with atropine,and the control group was treated with atropine,the total effective rate of treatment,adverse drug reactions,total amount of atropine medication,and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of patients in the treatment group(95.59%)was higher than in the control group(83.61%)(χ2=5.094,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the treatment group(1.47%)was lower than in the control group(14.75%)(χ2=7.934,P<0.01).The total amount of atropine used in patients in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the length of hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Anisodamine combined with atropine in the treatment of acute pesticide poisoning can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions,and shorten the length of hospitalization of patients.
