摘要
目的对比分析光固化树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀黏结剂、复合树脂釉质黏结剂、3M/ESPE化学固化正畸黏结剂的应力松弛、蠕变特性,为临床提供光固化树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀等黏结剂材料的力学性能指标。方法光固化树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀黏结剂、复合树脂釉质黏结剂和3M/ESPE化学固化正畸黏结剂组试样各20个,以电子拉力试验机分别对每组20个试样样本进行应力松弛、蠕变实验,以归一化分析的方法处理应力松弛、蠕变实验数据,得出各组试样的归一化应力松弛函数方程和归一化蠕变函数方程。通过7200 s应力下降量和7200 s应变上升量对比分析各组黏结剂的应力松弛、蠕变特征。结果光固化树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀黏结剂组试样7200 s应力下降量和复合树脂釉质黏结剂组试样7200 s应力下降量差异不显著(P>0.05)。3M/ESPE化学固化正畸黏结剂组试样7200 s应力下降量小于复合树脂釉质黏结剂组和光固化树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀黏结剂组试样7200 s应力下降量,差异显著(P<0.05)。复合树脂釉质黏结剂组试样、光固化树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀黏结剂组试样7200 s应变上升量大于3M/ESPE化学固化正畸黏结剂组试样7200 s应变上升量,差异显著(P<0.05)。复合树脂釉质黏结剂组试样和光固化树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀黏结剂试样7200 s应变上升量差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论光固化树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀的黏弹特性优于复合树脂釉质黏结剂、3M/ESPE化学固化正畸黏结剂;其具有的黏性有利于其与口腔正畸托槽的黏结,其具有的弹性有利于提高黏结强度。
Objective To analyze the stress relaxation and creep characteristics of the light curing resin reinforced glass ionomer cement,composite resin enamel adhesive and 3M/ESPE chemical curing orthodonticadh,and to provide the viscoelastic mechanical properties of the light curing resin reinforced glass ionomer cement and other adhesive materials for the clinical dentistry.Methods The stress relaxation and creep experiments were carried out on 20 samples of each group,which were made by light curing resin reinforced glass ionomer cement,composite resin enamel adhesive and 3M/ESPE chemical curing orthodontic adhesive.The data of stress relaxation and creep experiments were processed by the method of normalization analysis,and the normalization stress relaxation function of each group was obtained number equation and normalized creep function equation.The stress relaxation and creep characteristics of each binder were analyzed by comparing the 7200 s stress drop and 7200 s strain rise.And to normalize,get the function,and finally through what parameters,compare and analyze what material characteristics of binder.Results There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in 7200 s stress drop between the two groups(P>0.05).The decrease of 7200 s stress in 3M/ESPE group was less than that in composite resin group and light cured resin group(P<0.05).The 7200 s strain rise of composite resin enamel adhesive group and light curing resin reinforced glass ionomer cement group was greater than that of 3M/ESPE chemical curing orthodontic adhesive group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the strain rise of 7200 s between the composite resin and the light curing resin reinforced glass ionomer cement(P>0.05).Conclusions The viscoelasticity of glass ionomer cement reinforced by light curing resin is better than that of composite resin enamel adhesive and 3m/espe chemical curing orthodontic adhesive.The adhesive property of glass ionomer cement is good for its bonding with orthodontic brackets,and its elasticity is good for improving the bonding strength.
