输水干渠智能化拦藻设备设计及应用 被引量:3

摘要 为解决南水北调输水干渠中藻类污染问题,在第1代拦藻设备的基础上设计了新一代输水干渠智能化拦藻设备,包括滤网驱动装置、提升装置、控制系统等,实现了干渠全断面连续拦藻和拦藻深度可调。由于该装置在水体中受较大且不规律的水流力作用,对滤网安装架进行了静力学有限元分析,分析结果表明,该装置满足强度和刚度要求。该智能化拦藻设备在南水北调中线郑州段投入运行后,拦藻效果良好,优化了水质,具有良好的应用前景。 To solve the algae pollution in the main canal of South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project,a new intelligent algae-blocking equipment for the main canal was designed based on the first generation algae-blocking equipment,which included filter driving device,lifting device and control system.This equipment realized full-section continuous algae-blocking with adjustable depth.Considering the large and irregular current force impacted on the equipment in water,a static finite element analysis was carried out on the filter installation frame.The results showed that the equipped met the requirements of strength and stiffness.After the running of the intelligent algae-blocking equipment in Zhengzhou section of South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project,the algae-blocking effect has been good,the water quality has been improved.The equipment is of good application prospects.
