摘要
为解决三元驱采油废水的处理与回注问题,研究使用新型高效混凝剂,强化混凝过程,在不改变现有常规处理工艺的情况下,保证回注水水质稳定达标.对比分析了聚合氯化铝(PAC)、三氯化铁FeCl3、聚合硫酸铁(PFS)、新型聚硅铁(PSF)和聚硅铁锌(PSFZn)对三元驱采油废水的去除效果,发现PSFZn要优于其他四种药剂.探究了pH、温度、沉淀时间等对PSFZn混凝效果的影响.结果表明,PSFZn的最佳pH为5. 1;现场采油废水的温度正好处在PSFZn的最适宜温度范围内,不必做升温或降温处理;动态试验沉淀时间以1. 5 h为宜.
In order to solve the problem of treatment and reinjection of ternary flooding oil recovery wastewater,a new type of high efficient coagulant was studied to strengthen the coagulation process,without changing the existing conventional treatment process,the water quality of filtered water was guaranteed to meet the standard steadily.It is the most economical way to treat ternary flooding oil recovery wastewater.In this paper,the removal effects of polyaluminium chloride(PAC),ferric trichloride(FeCl 3),polyferric sulfate(PFS),new type polysilicate-ferric(PSF)and polysilicate-ferric-zinc(PSFZn)on ternary flooding oil recovery wastewater were compared and analyzed,PSFZn was found to be far superior to the other four agents.The effects of pH,temperature and precipitation time on the coagulation effect of PSFZn were investigated.The results showed that the optimum pH of PSFZn was 5.1,and The temperature of the on-site oil recovery wastewater was exactly within the optimum temperature range of PSFZn,so it was not necessary to do heating or cooling treatment.It was suitable for dynamic test to precipitate for 1.5 h.
