基于交通冲突理论的道路隔离设施设置研究 被引量:2

摘要 交通隔离设施是道路交通管理的重要方法,但是在实际工程应用上,设置条件缺乏定量的参照指标.在交通冲突理论的基础上综合考虑3种不同交通冲突类型对路段交通的影响,使用改进AHP建立机非隔离和中央隔离设施的路段综合冲突率模型.对各个路段的交通综合冲突率、通行能力以及通行能力变化率进行关联性分析,结合城市交通安全分级标准,给出机非隔离和中央隔离设施设置条件的定量指标.选取福州道路隔离设施进行案例分析,结果表明,路段综合交通冲突率为0. 043~0. 053,应设置机非隔离设施设置;路段综合交通冲突率为0. 063~0. 080,应设置中央隔离设施设置.对道路隔离设施的设置条件进行量化分析,有助于道路交通管理者更加合理、有效的管理混行交通流. Traffic barrier facilities are an important means of road traffic management,but in practical engineering applications,the setting conditions lack quantitative reference indicators.Based on the theory of traffic conflict,this paper comprehensively considered the impact of three different types of traffic conflicts,and uses the improved Analytic Hierarchy Process to establish a comprehensive conflict rate model for the vehicle-bicycle barrier facilities and the segregate installation about the urban road median strip.Correlating analysis of traffic comprehensive conflict rate,traffic capacity,and traffic capacity change rate of each road section,combine with urban traffic safety grading standards,giving quantitative indicators of vehicle-bicycle barrier facilities and segregate installation about the urban road median strip setting conditions.This paper selected Fuzhou road isolation facilities for case analysis.The results showed that the vehicle-bicycle barrier facilities were set up under the condition that the comprehensive traffic conflict rate of the road section was 0.043~0.053 and the segregate installation about the urban road median strip was set up with a comprehensive traffic conflict rate of 0.063~0.080.Quantitative analysis of the setting conditions of road barrier facilities will help road traffic managers to manage mixed traffic flows more rationally and effectively.
