摘要
以150L空气源热泵热水器为原型,以新型分干度蒸发器,构建分干度蒸发热泵系统,并研究充注量和水温对其系统性能的影响.新型系统采用与原型蛇形蒸发器具有相同流程布置的分干度蒸发器,实验研究了在GB/T 23137-2008名义环境工况下,制冷剂充注量为950~1200 g时,分干度蒸发热泵系统性能的变化规律,并与原型系统作对比.研究表明,在实验工况下,较原型热泵系统,分干度蒸发热泵系统可获得的最佳能效比(coefficient of performance,COP)和制热量提高4. 5%和7. 3%,而所需的制冷剂充注量增加10%.
This paper employed a heat pump system with 150 L water tank as the baseline.A new different quality split-flow evaporater(DQSE)heat pump system,which substituted the novel DQSE with the original serpentine evaporater(SE)of the heat pump system,was constructed to investigate the effect of charging and water temperature on the comprehensive performance of the new system.By employing the DQSE with the same flow arrangement as the original SE,the comprehensive performance of DQSE heat pump system was studied at the environmental condition of GB/T 23137-2008,with refrigerant charge of 950 g to 1200 g.The results showed that the coefficient of performance(COP)and heating capacity of the DQSE heat pump system were 4.5%and 7.3%higher than those of the SE heat pump system,respectively.The required required refrigerant charge of the DQSE heat pump system was 10%greater than that of the SE heat pump system.
