摘要
我国物流产业的生产性费用占国民经济生产总值的很大比例,物流产业的供给侧结构性问题日益突出.针对这一问题,利用DEA-BCC模型计算26个省域之间的物流效率,然后通过面板数据模型计算物流行业的相关影响因素.研究发现,我国各省份的物流效率呈现上升的趋势;地区经济发展水平、政府干预程度、技术创新、城镇化水平、环境因素这五个因素对物流效率有显著影响.基于研究结论,结合供给侧结构性改革的要点从物流的技术创新、产业结构调整及低碳物流等方面对物流供给侧改革提出合理化的建议.
The productive costs of China′s logistics industry account for a large proportion of the gross national product,and the structural side of the logistics industry is increasingly prominent.In response to this problem,the DEA-BCC model was used to calculate the logistics efficiency between the 26 provinces,and the panel data model is used to calculate the relevant influencing factors of the logistics industry.This paper found that the logistics efficiency of China′s provinces showed an upward trend;the five factors of regional economic development level,government intervention level,technological innovation,urbanization level and environmental factors have significant impact on logistics efficiency.Based on the research conclusions,combined with the key points of the supply-side structural reform,the rationalization of the logistics supply side reform was proposed from the aspects of logistics technology innovation,industrial structure adjustment and low-carbon logistics.
